Every engagement starts with a conversation. We do not send you a proposal before we understand your context. Once you reach out, someone from our team will connect with you to learn about your organization, your goals, and what you are trying to solve. From there we recommend the right approach — not the most expensive one.

It depends on the scope of the engagement. For speaking and facilitation bookings we typically need four to six weeks lead time. For consulting, training, and framework development engagements we recommend starting the conversation at least six to eight weeks before your intended start date so we can build something properly.

Yes. Jizara works with organizations virtually across North America and internationally. In- person engagements outside of Edmonton are available depending on scope and travel arrangements. Reach out and we will discuss what works for your context.

Absolutely. We have delivered keynotes, training programs, facilitation sessions, and consulting engagements both virtually and in person to the same standard. The format is always chosen based on what will serve your people best — not what is most convenient for us.

We do not have a fixed minimum. What we do require is that every engagement — regardless of size — is built with intention and delivers a real outcome. If a single session is what you need, we will make it count. If you need a long term partner, we are ready for that too.
